Seniors Jake Manning (39-7) and Darren Robinson (16-10) have competed at the highest level all season, and they will now head to Kissimmee, Florida, to wrestle in the state tournament.

The competition will begin at 10:00am on Friday and continue into Saturday.

The wrestling team is a hidden gem at Saint Stephen’s due to a small squad and no home matches. It often doesn’t receive the publicity it deserves, but in recent years, it has become one of the school’s most competitive and successful programs. Wrestling meets are always full of energy and they can be nail-biting affairs.

The State tournament will feature twelve separate mats being used simultaneously. The stadium is massive, with around 8,000 seats. The admission fee is $12, and the drive to the stadium is approximately two hours (it’s up near Orlando).

Come out and support our wrestlers! 1875 Silver Spur Ln, Kissimmee, FL 34744.
