Naarai Jacobs, class of 2010, sat with students at the assembly on Monday to talk about the ups and downs of her music career.

Yesterday, Saint Stephen’s was honored to receive a returning student, Naarai Jacobs ’10, during assembly. Naarai told her story, outlining her music career as the entire upper school listened attentively.
Naarai performed at Coachella (a famous music festival) as a backup singer for Beyoncé and has also performed alongside Logic.
Mr. Whelan and Mrs. Price conducted the interview in a Q&A format. Her interview covered her time in LA at the beginning of her career and her struggles to find work, as well as her accomplishments.
