Here’s how our Falcons did at states this fall

Just the raw data behind our fall sports accomplishments at the states competition.

A lot happens during a sports season.  Some students accomplish incredible feats that often go unseen by the larger community.  Three of our fall sports teams made it to states this year and here’s how they did. No fluff — just the data. 

 

Boys Varsity Cross Country:

Michael Thomas: Placed 36th in the state with a time of 17:28.5.

Jackson Dillingham: Placed 79th in the state with a time of 18.08.8.

Aquiles Gonzalez: Placed 87th in the state with a time of 18.20.4.

Augustus Bayard: Placed 99th in the state with a time of 18:26.8.

Christian Rowell: Placed 113th in the state with a time of 18:36.4.

Luke Phommachanh: Placed 179th in the state with a time of 19:48.3.

Aiden Kovich: Placed 184th in the state with a time of 19:53.3.

 

Boys Varsity Swimming:

Nick Mattheys: Nick swam the 200 and 500 yard freestyle. In the 200, he swam a 1:45.11 and a 4:39.05 in his 500. This placed him 13th in the state for the 500 free and 21st in the 200.

 

Girls Varsity Swimming:

The Girls 200 yard freestyle made it to states, collectively swimming a time of 1:43.19. The girls who competed were: Anika Kennedy, Kaleigh Hart, Elyse Skoumal, Sofia Sanchez, and Alyssa Nucci as an alternate. This placed the girls as 11th in the state for the 200 free relay. 

Anika Kennedy: Anika swam the 50 yard freestyle, with a time of 25.35. This placed her 22nd in the state for the 50 free. 

 

Boys Varsity Golf:

Ben Long made it to states, shooting an 81 on day one and a 79 on day two, which placed him 37th in the state.
