Fantasy Football Start ’em Sit ’em Week 11

Marcus Mariota looks downfield to pass.

Start ‘em QB: Jared Goff vs. KC, Marcus Mariota @ IND

Goff at home against the high powered Chiefs offense is bound to be in a shootout in a Monday night Primetime game. Mariota just tore up the Patriots in a 34-10 win, and looks to do the same against a weak Colts defense in Week 11.

Sit ‘em QB: Alex Smith vs. HOU, Case Keenum @ LAC

Alex Smith had a subpar performance against an abysmal Bucs secondary, so his fantasy numbers could be in trouble against the stout Texan’s D.  Keenum has been inconsistent this year and on the road against a Chargers team on a six game win streak is scary.

Sleeper QB: Josh Rosen vs. OAK

It’s pretty much a given at this point that anyone playing the Raiders defense is bound for a good week. If your starting quarterback is on bye and you need a starter, the rookie out of UCLA should be your guy.

Start ‘em RB: Alex Collins vs. CIN, Kerryon Johnson vs. CAR

After a solid week 10, Collins looks primed to tear up the Cincinnati defense that just fired their defensive coordinator after of a 51-14 blowout to the Saints. The rookie for Detroit has been steadily getting better and is a great RB2 option, especially this week against a Panthers team on the road that gave up 52 to the Steelers last week.

Sit ‘em RB: Dalvin Cook @ CHI, Jordan Howard vs. MIN

Although Cook had a good week 10, he is still dealing with that hamstring injury and is on the road against one of the best defenses in the league. Howard is playing a Vikings defense who is coming off a bye week and in week 9, recorded a franchise record 10 sacks. Tarik Cohen also looks like he might be taking that job, especially for fantasy purposes.

Sleeper RB: Doug Martin @ ARI

Martin had a decent week for fantasy last week, and for PPR leagues, you could see him getting multiple targets this week against the Cardinals.

Start ‘em WR: Juju Smith-Schuster @ JAX, Corey Davis @ IND

Juju has been streaky lately, but a 75 yard TD last week might get him going again heading into week 11. He is also playing the Jaguars defense that has looked a shell of its former self this year. Corey Davis would be a good stack with Mariota. He had multiple receptions last week and will most likely will continue to get those targets this week against the Colts.

Corey Davis suits up to play.

Sit ‘em WR: Tyreek Hill vs. LAR (in Mexico), Josh Doctson vs. HOU

Yes, Hill has murdered it this year. However, this week he will be covered by Marcus Peters, in Mexico City, which is elevated. It’ll probably be a big week for the two All-Pro running backs in that game. Doctson had a TD in week 10, but it was against the Bucs. Don’t expect a repetition of that success this week against the Texans.

Sleeper WR: DJ Moore @ DET

Cam and the panthers and furious about last week’s blowout and ready to get after it in week 11. They will look to punish the lions and DJ could get some targets with Darius Slay’s attention being on Devin Funchess.

Start ‘em TE: OJ Howard @ NYG, Jimmy Graham @ SEA

OJ did not have a good week against the Redskins, but this could a bounce back game for him against a poor Giants defense. Graham has a little bit of a revenge factor this game against his former team, and could get multiple Redzone targets.

Sit ‘em TE: Jack Doyle vs. TEN, Benjamin Watson vs. PHI

Doyle is no longer the number one tight end in Indianapolis. It’s Eric Ebron, so don’t start Jack this week. There are so many options in NO, it’s hard to make a case for Watson, especially with Michael Thomas looking like he’s getting the majority of the Redzone targets.

Sleeper TE: Dallas Goedert @ NO

Wentz absolutely loves his tight ends. Philly is coming off a tough loss against Dallas, and will look to catch the Saints off guard.
