The girls soccer team celebrates after their big win at districts.

Both upcoming soccer matches are sure to be epic games, and the Falcons need your support out there.

Following their quarterfinal 2-1 win against Indian Rocks, the boys will kick off against Bradenton Christian in a heated semi final fixture. The game is at 7pm tonight at Bradenton Christian.

Boys Head Coach Oisin Crean commented on the stakes for tonight’s game.

“Tonight should be an evenly contested fixture against Bradenton Christian School. The boys are excited and looking forward to a competitive game of soccer in which we hope to showcase our best performance of the season so far.”

Tomorrow, Wednesday at 7pm, the varsity girls soccer team face off in a district finals match, following a hard-fought 1-0 victory against Bradenton Christian in the semifinals.

Freshman Alexa Pymm said the girls are feeling good going into tomorrow’s match.

“They’re a strong team and they’re aggressive but we can come out on top. We are confident, but it is going to be a tough battle.”

So be a good fan and try your best to attend the boys and girls varsity soccer games in the next couple of days.  Your support could help bring home a trophy.
