International Food Festival brings the heat

  • Sophomore Dylan Kinder and his mother ran the hit Australia stand, which had people coming back for more sausage rolls

  • Sophomore Jackson Pakbaz at work, running his family’s New Zealand stand

  • Michele Lamourt, mother of sophomore James Haley, running the stand dedicated to Puerto Rico. Lamourt shared a delicious mix of rice and peas

  • Sophomore Sanjay Dastidar and his mother ran the India stand, handing out curry chicken and naan.

  • The festival was serenaded by the music of a Mariachi Band, brought in by the patrons of the Mexico stand.

  • Juniors Jermey Stroh and Austin Varga enjoying all the different foods they have been able to try in the afternoon.

  • The Russia stand had two set ups, one to show Russian dishware, and the other passing out cups of Russian soda

  • Students from the intermediate school came to experience this festival and try all the food

  • Students from the lowest division, the Lower School were invited to come try new foods

  • The Brazilian stand had a couple different foods one hit food was their chocolate coconut desserts

  • This festival was open to all, and families were able to bring their young ones to enjoy the food.
