The first event of the 2018-2019 homecoming week is in the books.

On Tuesday, Student Council designed a relay race where each grade participated in a series of tasks. The theme today was Dallas, Texas.

The cowboy-themed race included a dress-up cowboy/cowgirl race, lasso event, sack race, piggy-back ride, mattress race, crossword puzzle, sunflower seed-spitting race, cornhole competition, and a “needle in the haystack” competition.

The race took place on the field at the Moore Athletic Complex. The Upper School sat in the stands and watched their fellow classmates compete on the field for spirit points.

In the end, the seniors emerged victorious in first place, with the juniors in second, the sophomores in third, and the freshmen last.
